'Citizens' are members or fans of the Saijo City universe who have created characters, storylines, etc, of their own, different from the official and shared Main Characters.
How to Get Listed: Because of spam issues, we've had to lock down the wiki-- only admins can post. We'll set up a method to contact the Infocalypse admins and get your Saijo City: Generations character/citizen information posted. Thanks for understanding.
